Wivenhoe GP Practice
The above designs relate to the original development work on a new Health Centre to serve the growing community of Wivenhoe and the surrounding area. Following the passing of the Health and Social Care Act, RHL are working with the Practice to progress this scheme.
The Wivenhoe practice was formed in 1985; it is a 5 GP practice that provides services to a catchment population of 10,000. The practice draws its population from 3 main wards: Alresford, Wivenhoe Quay and Wivenhoe Cross. Health Centre plans will include consulting and treatment rooms to house the GP's and 3 practice nurses, along with offices for administrative staff.
