Where does RHL operate?

The original partnership agreement gave RHL the exclusive right to operate within the boundary of the NE Essex PCT, looking after a population of 315,000 covering an area of 255 square miles.  Contractual signatories to the SPA include Essex County Council, Colchester Borough Council, Tendring District Council, Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust, North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust.  So in spite of far reaching organisational changes within the NHS, opportunities to develop the business still present themselves across wider boundaries and we continue to be the most relevant and best value provider of estates related services within the community's health and social care economy.
