The Product

RHL exists to provide and manage the infrastructure for serviced community based health and social care services, to include intermediate care facilities, health centres, resource centres, walk-in centres, drop-in centres, drug and alcohol support centres, outpatient and diagnostic facilities and GP and dentists accommodation, pharmacies, facilities for allied health professionals, facilities for social inclusion and for the voluntary sector and key worker accommodation for health, social care and community workers.

RHL provides either funding through leased arrangements or a fully integrated project and estate management fee-based service to assist in delivering the client's capital programme as well as offering resource and management support where required.
