Partnership Working

Under the guidance of the SPB, RHL offers a system of joint working between PCTs and Local Authorities, bringing an integrated approach to health and social care needs as well as a complete alignment of commissioning strategy and estate management.

RHL have been engaged by the PCT to assist them in delivering their CIAMS (Commissioners' Investment and Asset Management Strategy). Having completed part 1, the analysis of current estate and resource, RHL and the PCT have now started work on part 2, which will involve the compilation of current data, including morbidity and life expectancy, relating to the demographic mix and migratory trends across specific wards and localities, to demonstrate simply and accurately the gap between optimum service delivery and the existing estate, ultimately finding the best way forward to implement change with a fully aligned Commissioning and Estates Strategy.
