Realise Health Ltd (RHL), the North East Essex LIFT Company, was
established in 2004, created specifically to deliver health and social
care facilities to the local communities within the Borough of Colchester
and District of Tendring.
The Government’s
LIFT programme was established in 2001. Under the initiative, a series of
long-term public/private partnerships have been set up between Primary
Care Trusts, local authorities and the private sector to provide modern,
purpose-built facilities. RHL is a 25 year local public/private
partnership between MAMG, the NE Essex PCT
(formally Colchester and Tendring PCTs) and Community Health Partnerships.
RHL now owns and manages two completed schemes with four further schemes
under development.
