Developments

RHL owns and manages two completed schemes with four further schemes under development.

Fryatt Hospital and Mayflower Medical Centre - A £12.3 million, 5500m² scheme built in the grounds of the old Harwich Hospital on Main Road, completed towards the end of 2005.

Colchester Primary Care Centre - A £16.6 million, 8500m² scheme built in the grounds of the former Turner Village site on Turner Road, completed in February 2006.

Schemes under development include Wivenhoe GP Practice, West Mersea GP Practice and Great Clacton Medical Partnership Surgery, all targeted to be operational in 2011. A further scheme in Holland on Sea is prioritised to be developed in due course.

RHL are currently assisting the PCT in the delivery of two projects within their Capital Programme, the Renal Services Unit and refurbishment of the Hospital main reception, both in Clacton.
