Capital Programme
We have been engaged by the PCT to project manage the design and construction of a new 11 bay renal dialysis unit for the Clacton Community, who currently have to make the journey to Colchester for such a service. The new development, due to commence on site shortly, extends and redevelops the southern section of the existing PCT-owned Kennedy House building. The programme for work on site is expected to last for six months.
In keeping with partnering services, the PCT have asked us to manage the redecoration and refurbishment of the main reception at the Clacton and District Hospital. The work will include relining the internal brick walls, installing suspended ceilings, replacing the entrance and other doors and adapting the existing reception desk as well as providing the shop with a new counter and shelving.
